An on-demand regional aviation operator had a clear product vision and system architecture but needed external delivery muscle to turn it into production-ready software during an early execution phase. They needed the customer-facing booking experience, the supporting web application, backend services, and a working payment path stood up fast — without locking themselves into an outside vendor long-term. The constraint: ship real, maintainable code against their own architecture, then hand it over cleanly so the operator could continue development in-house with full ownership.
