Our practice came out of regulated, audited environments, and every artifact gets a final quality review before it ships. Engagements are fixed-price from $15k, scoped in phases — Discovery $5-8k, Build $15-40k — and every brief gets a reply within 1 business day.

Until we're 6+ people, the quality bar is enforced by Victor reading every SOW, every architecture decision record, every audit log spec before it leaves the door. This caps capacity but guarantees quality.
We name our limits openly
Below $15k we redirect to free tools. Above $100k we require manual scoping. Government work needs procurement-aware proposals. Healthcare and financial services need our specialist compliance reviewer on retainer.
No vendor referral fees, ever
We pick the model architecture (Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini) based on what fits your workflow — not on who pays us a kickback. If the right answer is a SaaS platform (Glean, Copilot, Cresta), we'll tell you and help you procure it without taking a cut.
Every engagement ships handover-ready
Prompts, evals, code, runbooks, audit log spec — all yours at exit. Run is month-to-month with no notice period. We're a partner you can replace at will; that's how we earn the right to stay.
