AI-Native Agency is a founder-led AI studio that designs, builds, and runs production AI workflows for mid-market companies in the US, UAE, and EU. The founder, Victor Gless-Krumhorn, came out of cross-border banking at UBS Group AG and reviews every artifact that ships. Engagements are fixed-price from $15k, scoped in phases — Discovery $5-8k, Build $15-40k — and every brief gets a reply within 1 business day.

That network — including the Trusted External Reviewers below, pulled from our personal network of senior AI engineers — isn't a referral list we point you to. We scope, contract, and deliver the work ourselves, staffed by specialists we hand-pick and manage directly. You're never handed off to a freelancer to coordinate alone; we stay the single point of accountability for the outcome, the price, and the week-7 guarantee.

Until we're 6+ people, the quality bar is enforced by Victor reading every SOW, every architecture decision record, every audit log spec before it leaves the door. This caps capacity but guarantees quality.
Below $15k we redirect to free tools. Above $100k we require manual scoping. Government work needs procurement-aware proposals. Healthcare and financial services need our specialist compliance reviewer on retainer.
We pick the model architecture (Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini) based on what fits your workflow — not on who pays us a kickback. If the right answer is a SaaS platform (Glean, Copilot, Cresta), we'll tell you and help you procure it without taking a cut.
Prompts, evals, code, runbooks, audit log spec — all yours at exit. Run is month-to-month with no notice period. We're a partner you can replace at will; that's how we earn the right to stay.
