Early access · transparent framing
Founding cohort program — across operations, revenue, and risk
Founding cohort · Rolling — 2026 Q2 → Q4
The challenge
We onboard our first 5 founding clients with the explicit framing of an early-access program: scoped engagements, real production workflows, transparent reporting. We publish the playbook as we run it, with the client's permission, so future clients see the operating model before they sign.
How we approached it
- →Two-week Discovery sprint per client to map the workflow, the systems, the decisions, and the baseline metrics
- →Fixed-price Build engagement covering retrieval architecture, prompt versioning, evaluation harness, and a thin-slice production deployment
- →Optional Run retainer with weekly performance review, prompt refresh, and KPI reporting against baseline
- →Founding-cohort clients receive a discount on Discovery and priority access to founder time
